Mr. S R Nathan shared with NTU friends and colleagues in this special dialogue session his experiences in office and how Singapore has transformed in less than three decades from a resource-scarce developing country to today’s global city.
Mr. Nathan who joined the civil service in 1955 as a medical social worker has devoted more than five decades of his life serving the Singapore public. He has held senior appointments in various Ministries, and has left an indelible mark on the Singapore story.
