Nomination for the Michael Powell award for best British feature film

Mister John, a film whose script is edited from Assistant Professor Benjamin Slater, has been nominated for the the 2013 edition of Edinburgh international film festival's premier competition, the Michael Powell award for best British feature film. A total of twelve films will be competing for this pretigious award.

Mister John, a 95 minutes film featuring Aidan Gillen, Claire Keelan, Zoe Tay, Michael Thomas, on how individuals seek a chance for a new life in a bewildering new city. The show premiers on 24 June 2013 at the international film festival.
