#EUCEuropeDay Social Media Contest
The EU Centre launched a social media contest as a lead up to celebrations for Europe Day, encouraging people to learn more about the EU by posting their questions on social media (Facebook and Instagram). Participants were encouraged to share creative photos and thought-provoking questions on the EU and developments in Europe.

Tea & Dialogue Session with the EU Ambassador
On 17 May 2017 morning, the EU Delegation to Singapore welcomed our #EUCEuropeDay Social Media Contest winners to a tea and dialogue session with the EU Ambassador, Dr Michael Pulch.

It was an enriching and enjoyable dialogue session for the students. The dialogue reaffirmed the importance of the EU in Singapore and the region, and noted the return in confidence and support for the EU despite challenges such as Brexit.

Special thanks to the EU Ambassador, Dr Michael Pulch, for his time as well as the EU Delegation for their generous support and providing the European Union Film Festival tickets for our contest. Lastly, thank you to all who participated in the contest.
