Dr Michael Pulch, the outgoing EU ambassador to Singapore penned an op-ed to celebrate the new momentum in EU-Singapore ties. In his op-ed he also noted that the fragile international environment has led to calls for much deeper engagement between the EU and ASEAN.
Dr Pulch came to Singapore in 2013, and will leave this month for his next posting as EU ambassador to Australia.
