The EU Centre in NTU is a partner in a Jean Monnet Network coordinated by Korea University for research on “Strategies for Promoting Europe-Asia Connectivity” (SPEAC). The other partner institutions in the Network include Ruhr-Universitat Bochum (Germany), Uppsala University (Sweden) and Maria Curie-Sklodowska University (Poland).
We are inviting young scholars / researchers (Ph.D candidates and post-doc) from any disciplinary background to submit an academic paper on any research questions related to Europe-Asia connectivity. The paper should be around 6000 words, and the deadline for the submission of the draft paper is 30 June 2020.
Paper selected for publication by the Network will appear in the online Working Paper series of the SPEAC Network and also the websites of partner institutions. A modest honorarium of €1,000 would also be given to the scholar / researcher whose paper is selected for publication.
